Our mission is to lend a hand in securing a successful cannabis industry roll-out as states enact regulations legalizing the cultivation, transportation and sale of cannabis products.

Note: In New York State our primary license tier is Retail Dispensaries. Services and deliverables for all clients and assignments are customized based on a multitude of factors including state by state regulations, the business management skills and experiences of our clients and their team, competitive environments, capitalization, fluid regulatory situations, fluctuating wholesale cannabis markets, labor markets, macro and micro economics, etc.

Pre-Licensure

Right off the bat Cannabiz Management provides significant value by delivering full license application packages, including application-ready or capital-raise ready business plans for less than half the cost of our competitors.
The list of services we provide in this phase of the project closely aligns with business plan development by adding project-specific plans for security, banking, branding and many other aspects that go into obtaining a highly graded license application.
Importantly, clients working with us in this phase are set up for quick successful project management for design, build and several dozen other simultaneous projects leading up to the day before going live, i.e. Grand Opening.
Post-Licensure
Our comprehensive solutions are 100% overlays. Customized for every assignment.
When a license to operate has been issued we begin Phase Two which starts the day a license approval letter is received and ends the day before the facility's grand opening. Our work in Phase Two is dynamic and significantly impacts and informs the future of the organization, the Licensee, and their team.
On the first day of live operations, i.e. the Grand Opening, our Phase Three program begins with on and off-site, dynamic, essential and, of course, compliant deliverables.

FIELD TRIP TO VISIT DISPENSARIES WE HAVE WORKED WITH
Our executive team enjoys taking clients to the Berkshire Mountains region of Massachusetts to visit several dispensaries we have been involved with. We show and tell about all the aspects of the industry including a deep dive into retail dispensary sales, transportation and the variables of designing stores, engaging customers and enhancing the customer experience, branding, products for the menu, white labeling, displays, millwork, point of sale, signage, wellness and consultative approaches, security, ingress and egress variables, customer flow, inventory storage, budtender training, odor and HVAC, security, insurance, banking, etc.

Facility Selection Assistance: In the NY-NJ-CT region (within reasonable geographic limitations) we visit sites personally to analyze the viability of a property’s location through the prism of financial analysis, the ability to create a positive customer experience, traffic flow, security, neighbors, inventory storage, regulations, local community boards, etc.
Facility Design: We internally produce potential layouts and multiple plans for the optimal future use of the facility with a specific emphasis on obtaining the best customer experience at the lowest cost per square foot for the buildout including cases, signage, parking, etc.
Facility Construction: Early on in the entire real estate process we introduce our General Contractor and Mill Work partners. Instant feedback and analysis in one of the most invaluable services we offer pre-Grand Opening.
